Relax to the sights and sounds of the ocean from your private 4th-floor balcony, which offers a panoramic view of the beach and the resort pool. The sand and surf are just steps away from your door. We've thoughtfully updated every detail, from the custom wall decor to the new tile flooring, to ensure you have a wonderful stay. **Condo Amenities Include:** * **Full Kitchen:** Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We also provide pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and starter supplies like dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags. * **Bedroom:** A comfortable King-size bed, a 40" Smart TV, bedside lamps with USB ports, and a closet with hangers and an iron. * **Living & Dining Room:** A Queen-size sleeper sectional, a 50" Smart TV with an electric fireplace below, and a dining table for four. * **Bathroom:** A tiled tub/shower enclosure with a new vanity and mirror. We supply bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper). * **Balcony:** Two Adirondack-style chairs and an end table, perfect for watching the sunrise over the ocean. * **Thoughtful Extras:** For your convenience, we provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach/pool towels, a small beach cooler, a Keurig coffee maker with starter K-cups, and a personal blender.

4 guest maximum. Each discovered additional guest will be charged $50 per night for the duration of the booking. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING EITHER INSIDE THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. $250 FINE!!! Do not leave the sliding glass door open with the AC running. Overworking and continuously running the AC while the door is open could cause each unit to freeze up. This would result in NO AC at all. Thank you for your consideration. Upon checking out, we request that guests place all used towels and washcloths in the tub. Do NOT strip the king bed, but if you have used the sofa bed, please remove those sheets and place them on the carpet next to the sofa. Do NOT remove the mattress pad! Please load and start dishwasher! Lastly, dispose of all trash in the trash chute located across from condo unit 401. Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo as the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. There are 2 designated smoking sections on the resort for smoking. No parties. The resort front desk will not be able to assist you as we self-manage this property. * **Pool Wristbands:** You will be provided with up to 4 wristbands, which must be worn in all pool areas. * **Lost Item Fees:** A $50 fee will be charged for a lost or damaged resort access card, and a $10 fee for each lost or damaged wristband. * **Safety:** For your safety, no grills (electric, charcoal, or propane) or other cooking devices are allowed on the balcony or in the hallways. * **Weather Policy:** No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered by state or local authorities. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
