We've designed this space to be your home away from home, with brand-new furniture, a comfortable king-size bed, and a queen-size sleeper sectional for up to 4 guests. The living room features a 50" Smart TV and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. We've included everything you need, plus some thoughtful extras: * **Kitchen:** Full set of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups), and cooking spices. * **Bedroom:** A comfortable Kingsdown king mattress, 50" Smart TV, and USB charging ports. * **For the Beach:** We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach/pool towels, and a small beach cooler.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING EITHER INSIDE THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. $250 FINE!!! Please Do not leave the sliding glass door open with the AC running. Overworking and continuously running the AC while the door is open could cause each unit to freeze up. This would result in NO AC at all. Thank you for your consideration. Upon checking out, we request that guests place all used towels and washcloths in the tub. Do NOT strip the king bed, but if you have used the sofa bed, please remove those sheets and place them on the carpet next to the sofa. Do NOT remove the mattress pad! Please load and start dishwasher! Lastly, dispose of all trash in the trash chute located across from condo unit 1001A. Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo as the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. There are 2 designated smoking sections on the resort for smoking. No parties. * **Check-in:** Self check-in is available from 4:00 PM. You will receive your unique access codes on the morning of your arrival. * **Resort Access:** You will be provided with wristbands (max 4) and one resort access card. Wristbands must be worn in all pool areas. Fees apply for lost items: $50 for the access card, $10 per wristband, and $25 for a lost condo key. * **Safety:** For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. * **Communication:** Please direct all questions to us, your hosts. The resort front desk staff does not manage our unit and cannot assist with your reservation. * **Travel Insurance:** We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered by state or local authorities.
